1 Account Registration and Usage
1.1Users must provide accurate registration account, password, and username, ensuring the validity and legality of subsequently updated login information, usernames, avatars, and other data. If any information provided violates the law, ethics, or is deemed unsuitable for display on the Microtomato platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), or if the Platform has reason to suspect that the user's information is the result of automated or malicious operations, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account.
1.2 Microtomato platform is not legally responsible for reviewing any registration information provided by users. The authenticity, completeness, legality, and other aspects of user information should be self-assured by the user, and the Platform does not assume any legal responsibility arising from false user information.
2. User Accounts, Passwords, and Security
1. After successfully registering, users can use their own account and password to log in to their accounts on the Microtomato platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Account"). Protecting the security of their own accounts is the user's responsibility. Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out using their password and account.
(1) In the event of unauthorized use of a user's account or any other security issues, the user should immediately notify the platform.
(2) If a user fails to safeguard their own account and password, and as a result, incurs any losses or damages, the platform cannot and will not assume any responsibility.
(3) Users must take good care of the phone number used for registering the platform account or the third-party authorization login account, ensuring that the registered phone number or third-party authorization login account can be used normally, avoiding situations such as account closure, loss, or forgetting third-party authorization login passwords that render the account unusable. If personal reasons prevent the normal use of the account, resulting in losses or damages, the user will bear full responsibility.
(4) Each user is fully responsible for all actions and events within their account. If a user fails to safeguard their own account and password, resulting in harm to themselves, the platform, or third parties, the user will bear full responsibility.
3. Services We Provide
1. Microtomato is an online platform for ordering offline services. You can browse and select products and services from various businesses, enter into transaction intentions with them, and subsequently complete transactions.
2. Businesses refer to entities that display and sell products and services through the platform, and ultimately complete transactions with you. They are the suppliers and service providers of products or services.
3. We provide you with order placement and order management functionalities. When you are ready to order products and services from the platform, the platform system will generate an order for the product/service you are ordering.
4. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
When you use our products/services, you need/can choose to authorize us to collect and use personal information. Scenarios in which you may need to authorize us to collect and use personal information include:
1. To provide you with the basic functions of our products/services, you need to authorize us to collect and use necessary information. If you refuse to provide necessary information, you will not be able to use our products/services normally.
2. To provide you with extended features of our products/services, you can choose to authorize us to collect and use information. 2. **Providing Location-Based Information Display**
In order to provide you with nearby stores and search services and improve our service performance, efficiency, and functionality, with your authorization, we will collect relevant information generated during your use of our services, including:

2. Expanded functions based on album authorization
You can choose to enable the system's photo album permissions (storage permissions in some models), authorize us to access your photo albums by actively uploading pictures, videos, etc., so that you can publish content by uploading photos or videos. We will collect the above information you choose to upload and publish. You can turn off this function in the system permissions. Once turned off, you may not be able to change your avatar by uploading pictures, videos, etc., but it will not affect your basic enjoyment of Microtomato services. Function.
