The Microsoft Volume Licensing Services (MVLS) is provided for select IT Technicians to manage EES product downloads and keys for their department. Access is provided to one IT Manager per department and those managers may save software downloads and distribute to other IT Admins in their department. IT Technicians with access are responsible for controlling downloads, being sure they are contract compliant, and logging and securing keys. This is important because any audit findings will be the responsibility of the department.

If you see a "Sign in" prompt, enter your IU username followed by @iu.edu (do this no matter what your email address is), and then, at the password prompt, enter your IU passphrase. (Do not select anything on the sign-in pages other than Next and Sign in.) When prompted, confirm your identity with Two-Step Login (Duo), and then choose whether to stay signed into your Microsoft 365 account.

Office 365 is available for all employees and students at ETSU. This includes email accounts with 50GB of storage, 1TB of OneDrive cloud storage, and FREE Microsoft Office 365 downloads on five personal computers AND five mobile devices. The first time you launch OneNote on a new device, you'll be asked to create a Microsoft account or log in using an existing account provided by your University. Log in using your ODU email address and your MIDAS password to connect OneNote to your ODU Office 365 account and OneDrive for Business.

You must connect to the internet and log in periodically to maintain your access. If you change your Brown password, you may be asked to reenter your password. If prompted to log in, remember to use your username with which you originally signed in (e.g., jcarberr@ad.brown.edu).
