Sorry if this is the wrong place for this, we have recently ran an upgrade of citrix moving from 7.6 to 7.15. In this process we have decided to move from windows server 2012 up to server 2019, the servers are working generally good but we have an issue that even our consultants are unable to resolve where even though I have set the default image viewer as Windows photo viewer the client side refuses to acknowledge this and reverts back to paint even if we manually change the option during thoer sessions.
