We have purchased a license for Windows server 2019 and Exchange server 2019 around 6 months back. We got our license of Exchange server 2019 in 2 days, but didn't get Windows Server license. We downloaded the evaluation copy of Windows server 2019 and configure exchange server on it. Now we have around 1500 mailboxes in it.

I went trough the link you provided and now i see where the actual problem is. The Windows server we are working on is also a Domain Controller. and as described in the guide, we can not convert the evaluation copy to retail copy if AD DC role installed in it.

we need to use report server to get dashboard of some mailboxes statistic information. but always get error "the evaluation requires a permission that has not been provided. Data source kind: Exchange . Data source path: abc@mailbox.com. Permission kind:'redirect'' is there any configuration required to connect report server to on-prem Exchange servers? any service account or permission required for this connection?

But just a short advise: There are multiple Exchange versions out there (Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016) with different Service Packs or Cumulative Updates. So checking only one version didnt mean that your application will work with every exchange server. The best option I can think of is using IMAP on Exchange. This should be nearly identically on any Exchange Server while the Outlook Web Access (OWA) API might change from version to version.
