SIZA Developers ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Micro-Journal mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding your information.
1. NO DATA COLLECTION
Micro-Journal is a fully offline-first application.
- We do NOT collect, gather, store, or transmit any personal data or credentials.
- All journal entries, mood selections, profile names, and profile pictures are stored locally on your device's internal storage.
- The application has no connection to the internet, contains no external databases, integrates no third-party APIs, and does not synchronize with any cloud services.
2. DEVICE PERMISSIONS
To enable key features, the application requires the following optional device permissions:
- Camera: Used solely to take a profile picture from within the app.
- Photo Gallery / Storage: Used solely to select an existing profile picture.
All files selected are processed and stored locally within the application's isolated sandbox. We have no access to these files.
3. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA
Since all data remains exclusively on your own physical device, the security of your data depends on your device's security settings. We recommend securing your device with a PIN, pattern, or biometric authentication to prevent unauthorized local access.
4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Because our application does not collect any personal information, it is safe for users of all ages, including children.
5. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page or providing it within the app.
