Celia Gilger

Celia Gilger has over 30 years of higher education testing experience at both the 4-year and the 2-year institution levels.  For the last 8.5 years, Celia has been the Director of Testing Services at Schoolcraft College’s Testing Center which provides over 20,000 services per year.
