Calling these "screensavers" is actually a bit of a stretch. They won't come up automatically after a period of inactivity, and they won't always go away when you touch any key.
These are actually little programs that display some eye candy in your Terminal. You have to run them like any other command-line program, and exiting keys differ - try Esc, Q, X or as the final resort, CTRL-C. And they tend to cluster around a few themes: the Matrix, Pipes etc. You'll just have to install them and see which you like best.
But they are fun. And that is what Haiku is all about.
