I love stepping in early—before materials are chosen, before construction begins, before a home hits the market—to ask the right questions, understand the goals, evaluate options, and prevent expensive mistakes. Sometimes that means reviewing floor plans, exploring renovation paths, assessing building materials, or helping clients balance aesthetics, function, budget, and long‑term value.
