About Me
2019-2020 MHS Teacher of the Year
To teach is to touch a life forever. I am guided and inspired by the motto “Moving from Good to Great” and exemplifies this in all my endeavors especially in molding young minds. I have been an educator for the last 19 years. I am currently the Algebra I teacher leader at McDonough High School formerly Henry County High School for the past 3 years. I have taught overseas, in other states and have a wealth of experience teaching in many classroom settings.
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s Degree in Mathematics Education from the City University of New York-Lehman College.
I am committed to student success through collaboration, meaningful relationships, interactive and unique classroom experiences.
