Collyer Morphometrics Lab
@ chatham UNIVERSITY
Welcome to the Collyer Lab at Chatham University, where we specialize in 2D and 3D morphometry, geometric morphometrics, and biostatistics.
Our general research focus in this lab is to understand the evolutionary implications of species facing changing ecologies. In general (but not always) we focus on morphological evolution. We especially work with high-dimensional shape data. We develop statistical methods for analyzing high-dimensional data, and apply these methods to empirical studies that examine phenotypic change of species confronted with ecological change.
Interested in joining the lab? Prospective students should contact Dr. Michael Collyer at m dot collyer at chatham dot edu.
