Weightlifting Competitions
Mullins is a local weightlifting and bodybuilding champion. His competition consists of the bench press, the back squat, the deadlift, and the 5K run. With a clean and jerk of 143 kilograms, he broke the U.S. National Olympic weightlifting record for 85-kilogram lifters to win the 2009 U.S. National Seniors Olympic Weightlifting Championship. At the 2010 World Masters Games in New York City, he also won the bronze medal by snatching 110 kg and jerking 136 kg. Also, he has smashed numerous state clean and jerk records. Mullins has also competed in the Nobull Crossfit competitions, where he has been ranked in the Top 900 lifters in the United States and the Top 1200 lifters globally.
He holds a degree in holistic nutrition and fitness.
Childhood and Adolescence
Michael Mullins New Jersey was born into a middle-class household and spent much of his youth in New York. In high school and college, Mullins excelled in physics, philosophy, and political science courses. In Hackensack High School, he was selected for membership in the Tri-M musical honours organization.
At 12, he started weightlifting and won the school-aged Western National Championship at 48, 52, and 56 kg. In addition, he captured the Junior National Championship at 67.5 kilograms.
Wrestling Achievements
Mullins switched to collegiate Olympic wrestling in New Jersey and received a scholarship. He primarily trained in Hackensack and Northern New Jersey. He graduated from Bergen Community College with a degree in business management and continued his career at Montclair State University.

In his free time, Mullins of New Jersey enjoys hiking for its physical benefits and proximity to nature. He is also a self-taught musician and passionate guitarist.
