This game was our capstone project and made by a team of five. I was the lead game and level designer for the game. I concepted the level layout and solely created the level. I designed the game pillars, gameplay loops, mechanics, etc. Lastly, I created assets using the modelling tool within Unreal Engine to help our one art team member.
During this project I learned a lot about how to grey box a level efficiently, how to use UE5's in-house modeling software, and how to use blueprints to script level events.
However, there are some things I could've done better. For example, the size of level was way too big for the small size of our team and with how much time we had. Towards the end of the development process I tried to remove some parts of the level to finish it quicker, but I should have just made a way smaller level to begin with, as it was too much for a single person to do.
