This project aims to create two powerful visualizations.
The first visualization is a Strategic Dashboard designed for executives responsible for managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the organization. It provides a comprehensive overview of the organization's performance, enabling executives to make informed decisions.
The second visualization is an Analytical Dashboard tailored for data analysts, allowing them to delve into complex datasets, investigate trends, and extract valuable insights.
The dataset contains sales details of different stores of a supermarket chain that has multiple stores in different parts of the US. It was collected between 2014-2017. With 9994 records and 13 columns such as:

Attention to bring to management
The highest percentage discount has been given to the Central area but even then it doesn’t increase the profit.
The sale are increasing over time on all regions
The order from the Central area is higher than the South area but why are the profits from these regions similar?
Does the discount for the Central area affect the orders?
One of the most important relationships in the Superstore's data is the quantity-sales relationship. As each order contains one or more products, selling more quantity of products is directly correlated with generating more sales. This relationship is crucial to understand when developing sales strategies and optimizing inventory management to ensure that the Superstore can meet customer demand and maximize revenue.
Trends
The order trends are increasing over time. Office supplies are the highest demand and the West area is the highest order.
The sale trends are increasing in the West and East area. Since the sale increasing, the business made the most profit from those region
The discount is given highest in the Central area. Even a high discount did not help to increase quantity sales and still made less profit compared to other regions.
