Coverage of three-day bench trial challenging Indiana's near-total abortion ban

In May 2024, I reported on a three-day bench trial out of Monroe County, Indiana, where the American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana and local abortion providers challenged the constitutionality of the state's near-total abortion ban. I reported on more than 24 hours of expert and medical testimony and legal analysis. I also interviewed representatives from the Indiana attorney general's office, ACLU of Indiana and other representatives in the trial.
