Hello, my name is Ming-Hung. I am an assistant professor at the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering and the head of research and development at the Office of Information Technology at National Chung Cheng University. I am also serving as a supervisor and the chairman of the Education and Promotion Committee at the Chinese Cryptology and Information Security Association. I completed my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University in 2017, after obtaining my M.S. degree in Communication Engineering in 2010 and my B.S. degree in Computer Science in 2008, both from National Tsing Hua University.
I am leading the Digital Society and Security Lab (DIGI-SSL), dedicated to probing into computational social science and cybersecurity realms. Our lab incorporates disciplines like statistical learning, graph theory, computer vision, among other computational methodologies, to analyze social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Our investigative scope encompasses information manipulation, sockpuppets identification, online scam, and hate speech, along with a spectrum of security vulnerabilities inherent to social media ecosystems.
Our work has been published in international journals and conferences and has been covered by international and domestic mass media outlets such as NHK, Nikkei Asia, Voice of America, CommonWealth Magazine, Business Today, and Apple Daily. My primary tools for research are R, Python, and LaTeX.

嗨，我是銘宏，服務於國立中正大學資訊工程學系擔任助理教授，兼任資訊處技術發展組組長，以及中華民國資訊安全學會監事暨教育推廣委員會主任委員。我於 2017 年取得國立台灣大學電機工程博士學位；在進入台大前，我分別在 2008 年及 2010 年於國立清華大學取得資訊工程學士與通訊工程碩士學位。
我主持數位社會與安全實驗室，針對計算社會科學和網路安全相關的議題進行研究。我們的實驗室整合了統計學習、圖論、電腦視覺和其他電腦科學方法，研究大型社群媒體平台如 Facebook、Instagram 和 TikTok 上的資訊操作、分身帳號、詐騙行為、仇恨言論等現象，以及各種社群媒體安全問題。
我與團隊多項研究成果已經發表於國際期刊與國際會議，同時我們也致力於科學傳播，研究成果見刊於多家國內外主流媒體如 NHK、日經亞洲、美國之音、天下雜誌、今周刊、蘋果日報等。我主要開發與文書是運用 R，Python 及 Latex。
