The video to the right shows part of the 2007 Bali Climate Conference. Delegates from around the world (over 180 countries) attempted to come to a consensus and plan on a climate change plan.
While the delegates discuss the plan to mitigate carbon emissions, the United Stated representative decides to not agree with the resolution and back out. Then the other delegates speak their mind. It is an interesting view of the way the world views the United States in regards to out foreign policy on climate change. The delegate from Papua New Guinea (a place most Americans couldn't find on a map) had a few words for the US, which definitely put the US delegates in their place and made her change her tune. Unfortunately, the US has never backed this resolution with actual policy changes.
This is something that would probably never be broadcast on traditional media in the US due to how negative it portray the United States. Enjoy :)
Note: Everyone speaks English.
