Club Communication

With many requests from the club members to improve Club Communication, the 2018/19 committee has decided to address this issue by:

Facebook

A new group Market Harborough Conservative Bowls Club has been created under the MH Conservative Club Facebook page.

• This was a closed group, administrators must approve members and only group members can see posted content. After trail run, this has now been set to Global Accesss, ie any can view the content but need to be a member to add content,
• Bowls Club Members can join by making a request. From your Web Browser go to https://www.facebook.com/MHConsClub/, then on the left hand side select groups, you should see Market Harborough Conservative Bowls club, select join.

Web Site for Committee Members

A Google e-mail account has been created, together with a GOOGLE WEB SITE with storage on Google Drive. This is ONLY for the committee members to store, share, review documents etc. The location i s https://www.facebook.com/groups/1183100471844095/

No cost is involved in , the site development is near complete and ready for evaluation by committee members

Frequency of the newsletter to be decided . The Newsletter will be

• emailed to Club Members that have e-mail addressed
• through the letter box for those that do not have e-mail, and also those not on facebook or Internet (web) access
