• 1D/2D inorganic nanomaterials (carbon nanotubes, graphene, TMDCs, black-P, etc.)

• High-k dielectrics

• Transistors; photodetectors; light emitters and amplifiers; (multi-valued) logic gates; functional dielectrics; electrocatalyst; hydrogen evolution reaction; water splitting
