These Child Safety Standards apply to Metzu Random Video Call ("Metzu", "we", "us", or "our").
Metzu is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. We have zero tolerance for any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or facilitates the exploitation of children.
1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Metzu strictly prohibits:
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors.
Child grooming or attempts to establish inappropriate sexual relationships with minors.
Sextortion or blackmail involving a minor.
Sexual solicitation of minors.
Sharing, requesting, producing, uploading, transmitting, or distributing CSAM.
Using Metzu to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
Trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of children.
Any attempt to evade our safety systems or moderation procedures for the purpose of exploiting a child.
Any account found to participate in these activities may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated.
2. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Metzu does not permit the creation, upload, sharing, transmission, distribution, or promotion of CSAM.
If we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other content involving the sexual exploitation of a child, we will take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable laws.
Appropriate action may include:
Removing or restricting access to the violating content.
Suspending or permanently terminating the responsible account.
Preserving relevant information when legally permitted or required.
Reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities or relevant reporting organization when required by applicable law.
Cooperating with lawful requests from law enforcement and relevant child-safety authorities.
3. Child Grooming and Sexual Solicitation
Metzu prohibits attempts to establish inappropriate or sexual relationships with children.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Attempting to obtain sexual images or videos from a minor.
Asking a minor to engage in sexual activity.
Offering gifts, money, or other benefits in exchange for sexual activity or sexual content involving a minor.
Attempting to move a minor to another platform for sexual purposes.
Building trust with a child for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
Threatening or manipulating a child into providing sexual content.
4. Sextortion and Exploitation
Metzu prohibits sextortion, blackmail, threats, coercion, or manipulation involving minors.
Users must not threaten to publish, distribute, or otherwise expose intimate or sexual material involving a minor.
Accounts involved in such conduct may be immediately restricted or terminated and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required.
5. Reporting Safety Concerns
Users can report suspected child-safety violations through the reporting mechanism available within the Metzu application.
Users should report:
Suspected CSAM.
Suspected child grooming.
Sexual solicitation involving a minor.
Sextortion or blackmail involving a minor.
Any other behaviour that may sexually exploit or endanger a child.
When submitting a report, users should provide enough information for us to understand and investigate the concern.
Reports involving the safety or sexual exploitation of children are treated as a priority.

6. Action on Reports
We review child-safety reports and take appropriate action based on the circumstances, available information, our published standards, and applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:
Reviewing the reported account or activity.
Restricting or removing violating content where appropriate.
Temporarily suspending an account while an investigation is conducted.
Permanently terminating accounts involved in serious or confirmed violations.
Preserving relevant information where appropriate and legally permitted.
Reporting confirmed CSAM or other legally reportable child exploitation to the appropriate authorities or reporting organization.
Cooperating with lawful investigations and requests from competent authorities.
We do not permit users to use Metzu to facilitate child exploitation.
7. User Blocking and Safety Controls
Users are encouraged to immediately stop interacting with anyone who behaves inappropriately and to use the available blocking and reporting controls within Metzu.
We may use account restrictions, blocking, moderation, reporting, and other safety measures to reduce the risk of child exploitation and other harmful behaviour.
8. Compliance With Child Safety Laws
Metzu is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations.
Where applicable and legally required, we maintain procedures for responding to reports of child sexual exploitation and for reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authority or relevant reporting organization.
We may cooperate with law enforcement, child-safety organizations, and other competent authorities when legally required or appropriate.
9. Child Safety Point of Contact
Metzu has designated a Child Safety Point of Contact who is responsible for receiving child-safety concerns and responding to communications regarding CSAE and CSAM prevention and enforcement.

This contact is responsible for communicating with relevant parties regarding Metzu's child-safety standards, enforcement procedures, and compliance matters.
10. Enforcement
Metzu may take immediate action against accounts that violate these standards.
Depending on the severity of the violation, enforcement may include:
Warning or restriction.
Temporary account suspension.
Permanent account termination.
Removal or restriction of violating content.
Reporting to relevant authorities where required.
Serious child-safety violations may result in permanent termination without prior warning.
11. Cooperation With Authorities
Where legally required, Metzu may cooperate with law enforcement and other competent authorities investigating suspected child abuse, exploitation, trafficking, or CSAM.
We may provide information in response to valid legal requests and may preserve relevant information where required by applicable law.
