Please be advised that Metrosoft, Inc. (MSI) will release its latest upgrade, the Enterprise Edition 7.1r1, for MSI Payroll System on March 8, 2022.  This version incorporates the following enhancements and corrections:

·                      A new PHIC Table for the year 2020 released by the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation is now incorporated in this version.

This enhancement has been made in compliance to:

Philhealth Circular No. 2019-0009. Premium contribution schedule in the National Health Insurance Program (NHIP) Pursuant to R.A. No. 11223 known as the “ Universal Health Care Act”

1. Premium Contribution Table for Direct Contributors. Effective the applicable month upon effectivity of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the UHC Act, the monthly premium contributions shall be in accordance with the premium rates and monthly income/basic salary floor and ceiling prescribed in the said Act, as follows see below:

        A new MP2 Savings released by the Pag-IBIG Fund is now incorporated in this version.

The MP2 Savings is a special savings facility with a 5-year maturity, designed for Pag-IBIG Fund members who wish to save more and earn even higher dividends, in addition to their Pag-IBIG Regular Savings.

·         An enhancement has been made in the Leave Conversion Report, wherein to display also Taxable VL.

• A correction has been made in the 2316 (Formerly Form W-2) – January 2018 Form Report for the wrong display of amount under Field nos. 23, wherein the payroll user has an entry for the Previous Employer data.

• A correction has been made in the New BIR Alphalist-1604 (2020) Report DAT FILE (soft copy) for the wrong display of amount (0.00) under Present Employer Tax Withheld(Jan-Nov) field.

All clients are invited to upgrade their system.  The upgrade is FREE for the Annual Technical Support (ATS) members and with corresponding charge for the non-members.  Please bring one (1) CD- RW (rewritable) for the copy of your upgrade (not applicable to clients with Free delivery ATS).
