Please be advised that Metrosoft, Inc. (MSI) will release its latest upgrade, the Enterprise Edition 6.2r1, for MSI Payroll System on December 1, 2021.  This version incorporates the following enhancements and corrections:

• An enhancement has been made in the Pag-IBIG Contribution, wherein any monthly compensation equal or less than Five Thousand pesos (Php 5,000.00) will have a fix One-Hundred pesos (Php 100.00) contribution.

• An enhancement has been made in the PhilHealth Contribution, wherein the undertime, tardiness and absences in the Monthly Basic Salary (MBS) shall be excluded in the computation.  Please note that to be able to compute the MBS for a  2nd half payroll process, the mode of deduction needs to be ‘Beginning of Month’.

• A correction has been made in the New BIR Alphalist-1604 (2020) Report for the wrong display of amount under Gross Compensation Income field, wherein the payroll user has an entry for the Year-to-date data.

• A correction has been made in the 2316 (Formerly Form W-2) – January 2018 Form Report for the wrong display of amount under Field nos. 27 and 28, wherein the payroll user has an entry for the Year-to-date data.

• A correction has been made in the 1601-C Report for the wrong display of amount under Field no. 14, wherein the payroll user has an entry for the Taxable VL.

All clients are invited to upgrade their system.  The upgrade is FREE for the Annual Technical Support (ATS) members and with corresponding charge for the non-members.  Please bring one (1) CD- RW (rewritable) for the copy of your upgrade (not applicable to clients with Free delivery ATS).
