Please be advised that Metrosoft, Inc. (MSI) will release its latest upgrade, the Enterprise Edition 5.1r1 for MSI Payroll System on January 24, 2020. 

This version incorporates the following enhancements and corrections:

• An enhancement has been made in the BIR Reports in compliance with the Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 100-2019, Revised Withholding Tax Table on Compensation Pursuant to the amendments to the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997 as introduced by Republic Act No. 10963, otherwise known as the "Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law", which is now incorporated to the following reports:

       - BIR Form No. 1604-C (January 2018) Annual Information of Income Tax Withheld on                        Compensation, Alphabetical list of employees/payees from whom taxes were withheld.

          Schedule 1 - Alphalist of Employees (Declared and Certified using BIR Form No. 2316)                   Schedule 2 - Alphalist of Minimum Wage Earners (Declared and Certified using BIR Form                                      No. 2316)

• A correction has been made wherein once you transfer to 2020 fiscal year, the SSS table goes back to the old table.
