Please be advised that Metrosoft, Inc. (MSI) will release its latest upgrade, the Enterprise Edition 11.0r1 for MSI Payroll System on March 7, 2024. 

This version incorporates the following enhancements:

I. A new BIR 1604C effective January 2023 - released by the Bureau of Internal Revenue is now incorporated in this version.

•  Annual Alphalist of Payees under BIR Form Nos. 1604C

•  New Dat File for Validation Module Version 7.2

•  TEXT (Tab Delimited)

II. An enhancement has been made in the 2316 (Formerly Form W-2) form – January 2021 Form Report for:

 Minimum Waged Earners that become Above Minimum Earners Employees with Previous Employer.

III. An enhancement has been made in the 1601-C Report under Field no. 19, wherein the mandatory additional contribution of Pag-IBIG Fund is included.

IV. An enhancement has been made in the payroll process per cutoff, wherein the mandatory additional contribution of Pag-IBIG Fund is included in the tax computation.
