Provides password security to control data entry and prevent unauthorized viewing to ensure data protection;
Allows supervisor to have an access with their respective subordinates when it comes to performance evaluation;
Allows the employee to update their personal data;
Provides an entry for employees’ scanned credentials (i.e. Birth Certificates, Transcript of Records, Marriage Contract, Residence map etc.);
Allows the user to incorporate company logo in printing the Certificates for Employment, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, Loan Payments.
Provides an entry for employment duration so as to monitor the employment status of every employee; and
Provides an option for defining Employees’ Compensation and Benefits.
Provides data entry for the following:
Explanations or reasons for committing/filing Undertime, Absences and Leave
SBR No., Pag-IBIG Fund Receipt No., Phil Health Bank Receipt No. for SSS, Pag-IBIG and Medicare remittances respectively
Qualified dependents and beneficiaries for SSS, PHIC and Health Insurance
Employees’ Year-to-date 201 records.
