Formerly Jerry De Alicia Farm Resort, the resort is well known to the municipality of Peñaranda, Nueva Ecija as well as nearby municipalities, it is one of the biggest resort in the area with a total land mass of 2.5 hectares (25,000 square meters), it has an existing of 8 swimming pools, 11 rooms, 20 cottages, one whole basketball court, calamansi and vegetable farm. The resort capacity is 1,500 pax in one event, ideal for company events as well as for a big family events. If you travel from Metro Manila, it will take 3.5 hours because a lot of roads are under construction since January of this year (2022) but when it finished, the travel time will be reduced to 2.5 hours only.
