1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Rhythm Lab is a fully offline metronome application. We do not

collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external

servers. All your settings, practice history, and preferences

are stored locally on your device and never leave it.

Types of data stored locally:

• Metronome settings (BPM, time signature, visual preferences)

• Practice session history (duration, date, favorites)

• User preferences (sound, vibration, visual settings)

This data is stored using Android SharedPreferences and remains

exclusively on your device.

2. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your metronome settings, practice history, and preferences are

saved using SharedPreferences on your device. This data:

• Never leaves your device

• Is not transmitted over the internet

• Is not shared with any third parties

• Is not accessible to the developer

• Is protected by your device's security measures

3. PERMISSIONS

Rhythm Lab requires only ONE permission:

• VIBRATE permission: Used exclusively for optional haptic

feedback during metronome playback. This permission does

not access any personal data. You can disable haptic

feedback at any time in Settings.

Our app does NOT require or request:

• Internet access

• Location access

• Camera access

• Microphone access

• Contacts access

• Storage access (beyond app's private directory)

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

This app does not integrate any third-party services, including:

• No analytics or tracking services

• No advertising networks

• No crash reporting services

• No social media integrations

• No cloud storage services

Your practice sessions remain completely private and are never

shared with anyone.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full

control over it. You can delete all app data at any time by:

• Uninstalling the app (removes all data permanently)

• Clearing app data in your device settings:

Settings > Apps > Rhythm Lab > Storage > Clear Data

• Resetting app data within the app settings (if implemented)

We do not retain any data as nothing is transmitted to our servers.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our app is safe for users of all ages, including children under 13.

Since we do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information

on external servers, there are no privacy concerns regarding children's

data under COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) or similar

regulations.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect

changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Any changes will

be reflected in the app with an updated "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance

of the updated policy.

As all data is stored locally on your device:

• You have full control over your data

• You can delete your data at any time

• You can export your data (if export feature is implemented)

• Your data is never shared without your explicit action
