Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Metriq — Unit Converter Pro ("Metriq", "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Metriq is a unit conversion tool designed for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App to convert between various units of measurement, including but not limited to weight, length, temperature and other categories available within the App. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App.
Metriq strives to provide accurate conversion results using Apple's Foundation framework. However, conversion results are provided "as is" for informational purposes only. You should not rely on the App for critical decisions in medical, engineering, financial, legal, or other professional contexts without independent verification. We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or losses arising from the use of conversion results.
Metriq offers optional in-app purchases, including weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions as well as a one-time lifetime purchase, to unlock additional features ("Metriq PRO"). All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.
Subscription payments are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the applicable subscription rate.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of Metriq and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App or any part of it.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Metriq or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
