Data protection - Privacy Policy

MeteoCam value data privacy and attaches great importance to data protection. As thus, data privacy is one of our core value. We are committed to make the data that transit within our services as much as anonymous as we can and fully respect all laws regarding data protection. As such:

1. MeteoCam do not collect any personal data. All your favorites cities are stored locally in your device and are not shared or transmitted to any third parties. When using the GPS, the GPS data remains in your device and is not transmitted to any third parties.

2. MeteoCam contains third party advertisments and links to other websites and apps which are outside our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. MeteoCam use Google Mobile Ads to display those advertisments and links. Please see the Google Mobile Ads Privacy Policy page for more information on how your data is collected and used.

3. We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. If such change has been made, we will provide you additional forms of notice of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances.

No warranty

Although MeteoCam has taken all possible care to safeguard ther reliability of the information contained on the MeteoCam app at the time of its publication, neither MeteoCam nor its contracting partners can give any explicit or implicit assurance or warranty in respect of the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the information on the MeteoCam app. MeteoCam accepts no responsibility and gives no guarantee to the effet that the functions on the MeteoCam app will not be interrupted.

Limitation of liability

All liability of the MeteoCam app, including liability for negligence, for direct, indirect or secondary damage suffered as a a result of access to the elements of the MeteoCam app and website as a consequence of impossibility of access to or use thereof or links to other websites, is hereby declined.

All elements contained on MeteoCam app and website are freely accessible for browsing purposes only. Reproduction, transfer, amendment, linking, copying or use of the MeteoCam app and website for public or commercial purposes is prohibited without the prior written consent of MeteoCam. No part of the MeteoCam app and website is designed in such a way as to grant a licence or right to utilise a picture. Downloading or copying the MeteoCam app and website or parts thereof, confers no rights whatsoever in respect of the software or elements of the MeteoCam app and website.
