When you install our app, we collect:

• Shopify store name and URL

• Store owner name and email address

• Shopify Plan type

2.2 Product & Custom Field Data

• Product IDs and titles (to attach custom fields)

• Custom field names, values, and configurations you create

• Metafield data associated with your products

2.3 Usage Data

• App feature usage (e.g. bulk apply, CSV import/export)

• Error logs for debugging purposes

• Analytics dashboard interactions

2.4 Billing Information

• Subscription plan selected (Free or Growth)

• Billing status (managed entirely by Shopify — we do not store card details)

3.How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Provide and maintain app functionality (custom fields, bulk apply, CSV import/export)

• Display your analytics dashboard with field usage insights

• Send important app updates or support communications

• Improve app performance and fix bugs

• Process billing through Shopify's billing API

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Your custom field data is retained as long as your app is installed

• Upon uninstallation, your data is deleted within 30 days

• You may request immediate deletion by contacting us

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission

• Secure API authentication via Shopify OAuth

• Regular security audits

• Access controls limiting who can view your data

8.Your Rights

As a merchant using our app, you have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of your data
