1. Information We Collect
1.1 Automatically Collected Information
When using the Application, certain information is automatically collected, including:
Device information (model, operating system version)
IP address
Application usage statistics (session duration, visited screens, features used)
Crash information (if applicable)
Advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID, Apple IDFA)
Anonymous identifiers used for authentication or analytics
The Application does not collect precise or real-time location data.
IP address and device identifiers are processed indirectly by Firebase and Google AdMob for security, analytics, and advertising purposes and are not used by the Service Provider to personally identify users.
2. User Accounts and Firebase Authentication
The Application uses Firebase Authentication to enable user accounts.
Depending on how you use the Application, the following information may be collected:
Anonymous user ID
Email address (if you register with email)
Login timestamps
Basic authentication metadata
This information is processed and stored securely on Firebase servers.
Firebase Authentication Privacy Policy:
https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
2.1 User-Provided Collection Data and Cloud Storage
The Application allows users to create, store, and manage personal collection data within the Application.
At the user’s request, collection data may be securely stored in Firebase Cloud Storage and associated with the user’s Firebase account (anonymous or registered). This functionality enables data backup, synchronization across devices, and recovery.
Users have full control over their data and may:
• download the data to their device,
• export the data using the device’s sharing or email features,
• delete the stored data at any time by deleting their account or requesting data removal.
Collection data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on Firebase infrastructure operated by Google.
Exporting data via email uses the device’s native sharing functionality and does not involve the Service Provider transmitting user data to third-party servers.
3. Premium Subscription
The Application offers a paid annual Premium subscription.
Purchasing Premium provides:
Removal of advertisements
Access to additional features (if applicable)
Payments are handled through the official mobile stores:
Google Play Billing (Android)
App Store In-App Purchases (iOS)
The Application does not store your payment card data.
All payments are processed securely by Google or Apple.
3.1 Automatic Renewal
Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or App Store account settings.
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges, but previously paid periods are non-refundable.
4. Advertising (AdMob)
The Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements to users who do not have an active Premium subscription.
AdMob may collect:
Advertising ID (IDFA / GAID)
Device information
Approximate location (city-level, derived from IP and processed by Google AdMob)
Application interaction data
For users in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other regions requiring consent, the Application uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent for:
Personalized ads
Non-personalized ads
Ad measurement
Users can refuse personalized advertising at any time.
The Service Provider does not directly access or store users’ location data.
AdMob Privacy Policy:
https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
5. GDPR, UMP, and Consent
In regions covered by GDPR, the Application displays a consent form upon first launch.
Users can choose whether to allow:
Personalized advertising
Non-personalized advertising
Data processing for advertising measurement
This consent is managed through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP).
If consent is denied → only non-personalized ads are shown.
If a Premium subscription is purchased → no ads are shown and advertising tracking stops.
6. Cookies, Local Storage and Tracking Technologies
The Application does not use traditional website cookies.
However, it may use technologies functionally similar to cookies, including:
device identifiers (GAID / IDFA),
local storage,
app instance IDs,
analytics identifiers,
consent storage required by Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).
These technologies are used exclusively for:
delivering personalized or non-personalized advertisements,
ad measurement and frequency capping,
security and fraud prevention,
storing consent decisions required by GDPR,
providing core functionality of the Application.
These identifiers do not allow the Service Provider to personally identify users.
Users in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked for consent before these technologies are used for advertising purposes.
7. Withdraw Consent (GDPR Requirements)
Users located in GDPR-regulated regions (EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland) may withdraw their advertising consent at any time.
The Application provides an in-app option (“Withdraw Consent”) that triggers the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to update and reassess the user's consent status.
Due to Google UMP system behavior, the consent form may not reopen after a consent decision has already been given.
In this case, users can withdraw their consent by:
clearing the Application’s data in the device settings, or
reinstalling the Application.
After the data is cleared or the Application is reinstalled, the consent form will be displayed again upon first launch, allowing the user to change their advertising preferences.
Withdrawing consent affects only advertising personalization and does not restrict access to any features of the Application.
