We would require an Isometric drawing of your piping to complete application engineering manually at no cost to the customer. Design calculations of the EJ based on EJMA, ASME B 31.1, 31.3 and ASME Section VIII Div. 1 Appendix 26. Can be provided free of cost.

REPL Australia can carry out application engineering for the selection of expansion joints using a stress analysis program, complete with the report. We can also do Force and Moment calculations where limits on nozzle load are involved. Hourly rate will apply for this service.

REPL Australia can validate the hardware design of an expansion joint using FEA analysis. It is used primarily for intricate design, especially for FCCU or critical application where the temperature is higher, and forces are high on the restrained type of Expansion Joints. Hourly rate will apply for this service.
