Guided by industry leaders and academic experts, participants gain firsthand exposure to metalcasting and forging—and discover real pathways to rewarding careers in metallurgy.
METAL Boot Camps are immersive, four-day programs hosted on college campuses that introduce students to the fundamentals of casting and forging through hands-on learning. These intensive experiences are designed to spark curiosity, build practical skills, and connect participants directly with industry professionals.
By working with real materials and learning from experts in the field, students gain invaluable insight into modern metallurgical practices and career opportunities.
