**1. Acceptance of Terms**

The App is designed to provide AI-powered image transformation services, including cartoon and artistic style generation from user-provided photos. The App requires a subscription to access all features.
You agree to use the App solely for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized use of the App is prohibited.
**3. User Conduct**
When using the App, you agree to:
* Not misuse the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
* Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or harm the App in any way.

**4. Subscription and Billing**
The App offers auto-renewable subscription options:
* Weekly: $4.99 per week
* Yearly: $24.99 per year
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store.
**5. Intellectual Property**
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MetaFlowCore Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App's content without express written permission.
The images you generate using the App are owned by you, but the technology and algorithms used to generate them remain the property of MetaFlowCore Ltd.
**6. Privacy**
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
**7. Limitation of Liability**
MetaFlowCore Ltd is not responsible for:
* Any damage or loss resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
* Any harm caused by the misuse of the App or its AI-generated content.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
