This Privacy Policy applies to the Messages: Text SMS(hereinafter referred to as the “Application”). The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use “AS IS.” This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Application, in compliance with the Google Play Developer Program Policies.
When you use the Application, certain information may be collected automatically. This may include your device’s IP address, device model, operating system version, app usage statistics, crash reports, diagnostic information, and advertising identifiers (if advertisements are enabled).
This information is collected strictly for the purpose of improving app performance, identifying and fixing technical issues, preventing fraud or abuse, and serving advertisements where applicable. The Application does not collect or store precise location data.
Because the Application functions as a default SMS handler, it requires access to SMS and MMS messages in order to send and receive messages, display conversations, manage and organize messages, schedule messages, and block unwanted numbers.

SMS and MMS data are processed only on your device. Message content is not uploaded to external servers, and SMS data is not sold, shared, or transmitted to third parties. All SMS-related permissions are used strictly for core messaging functionality and in full compliance with Google Play’s SMS and Call Log policy.
The Application may request permission to access your contacts (READ_CONTACTS). This permission is used solely to display contact names in conversations and to allow you to select contacts when sending messages. Contact information remains stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.
The Application may request READ_PHONE_STATE permission to detect call status and enhance your messaging experience. The CALL_PHONE permission is used only when you choose to initiate a phone call directly from within the app. The Application does not record phone calls or store call audio.
The Application may request permissions such as POST_NOTIFICATIONS to display message notifications, WAKE_LOCK to ensure reliable message handling, SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM to support scheduled message functionality, and SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW to provide optional quick-reply overlays after calls. These permissions are used exclusively to support app functionality.

Each permission is required solely to enable core SMS and messaging features. Users may revoke permissions at any time through their device settings; however, doing so may limit certain functionalities of the Application.
The Application may use trusted third-party services such as Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and the Facebook SDK (if integrated). These services may collect anonymized or aggregated data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of these third-party providers for more information about their data practices.

We use your Device and installed Applications data for Appmatrica Analytics to analyze app's performace and crashes to improve app's preformance. So we collect Device Data and also crash image file and installed Applications data and upload it to analyze the data. We do not use that data for any other purposes. We only use that data to improve app's performace and to make user experience better.
We may collect your primary account information and location. We are not sharing this data with Third Parties. We take the security of your data very seriously. We have implemented various technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

The Application does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Information may be disclosed only when required by law, to comply with legal obligations, to protect user safety or rights, or to trusted service providers operating under strict confidentiality agreements. Only the minimal amount of necessary data is shared in such cases.
SMS messages, MMS content, and contact information remain stored locally on your device. The Application does not maintain external copies of this data. Analytics and crash reporting data may be retained by third-party providers according to their own data retention policies. Users may request deletion of any applicable data by contacting us directly.
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected inadvertently, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information promptly.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and security measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application. You may also revoke permissions at any time through your device settings or reset your advertising identifier through your device’s advertising settings.
The Application is provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind. Users are responsible for lawful and ethical use of SMS and messaging features. The developer shall not be held liable for misuse of messaging, calling, or related functionalities.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in practices, legal requirements, or service features. Continued use of the Application after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
