Dinereq ("the App") respects the privacy of our users and their families and is committed to protecting user data.
1. Information We Store and Collect
To provide the features of the App, Dinereq stores the following information locally on your device:
Family group information, such as group names and registered member names
Meal requests, votes, decided menus, and recipes
Recipe-related content, including extracted photos, URLs, and PDF files
Shopping list items and checklist statuses
App settings and preferences
Most of this information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you choose to use a feature that requires external processing, such as AI-powered recipe parsing or meal suggestions.
When advertisements are displayed, Google AdMob and its related services may collect certain device and advertising information, such as advertising identifiers, device information, and information about ad interactions, in accordance with Google's applicable policies.
2. How We Use Information
Information stored or processed by the App is used for the following purposes:
Providing family meal sharing and meal request features
Managing meal requests, votes, decided menus, recipes, and shopping lists
Providing AI-assisted meal suggestions and recipe parsing
Processing recipe images, URLs, and files when you use AI-powered features
Serving and measuring advertisements through Google AdMob
Maintaining app stability, troubleshooting problems, and improving the App
We do not use your locally stored family or recipe information for purposes unrelated to providing or improving the App's features.
3. AI Features and External Processing
Dinereq uses the Google Gemini API to provide AI-powered features, including recipe extraction, meal recommendations, and AI chef conversations.
When you use these features, text, images, URLs, or files that you submit may be transmitted to Google Gemini for automated processing.
The information transmitted to Google is processed in accordance with Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

4. Advertising and Analytics
Dinereq uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google AdMob and its related services may use advertising identifiers, device information, and information about app and ad interactions to provide, personalize, measure, and improve advertisements, subject to applicable laws and user privacy choices.

5. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
Dinereq may use the following third-party services to provide its features:
Google Gemini API – for AI-powered recipe parsing, meal recommendations, and AI chef features
Google AdMob – for displaying and measuring advertisements
Information may be transmitted to these services only when necessary to provide the relevant feature or service.
Dinereq does not sell users' personal information.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Information stored locally by Dinereq remains on your device until you delete it or remove the App's stored data.
You can delete your locally stored Dinereq data at any time by using the "Delete Account" option in the App's Settings.
When you use the "Delete Account" function, the locally stored application data associated with your account is permanently deleted from the device.
Information that has already been transmitted to third-party services for processing may be subject to those services' own retention and deletion policies.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.
Data transmitted to external services for features such as AI processing is transmitted using appropriate security measures provided by the relevant services.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children's Privacy
Dinereq is a general-purpose family meal planning application and is not specifically directed at children.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the information they enter into the App, including family member names.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our services, or applicable laws.
When we make changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this Privacy Policy.

メシリク（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーおよびそのご家族のプライバシーを尊重し、ユーザーデータの保護に努めています。

本アプリに保存または処理される情報は、以下の目的で利用されます。
家族間での献立共有および食事リクエスト機能の提供
食事のリクエスト、投票、決定した献立、レシピ、買い物リストの管理
AIによる献立提案およびレシピ解析の提供
AI機能を利用する際のレシピ画像、URL、ファイルなどの処理
Google AdMobを通じた広告の配信および広告効果の測定
アプリの安定性の維持、不具合の調査および本アプリの改善
当方は、ユーザーの端末に保存された家族情報やレシピ情報を、本アプリの機能の提供または改善と関係のない目的で利用することはありません。
本アプリでは、レシピの抽出、献立の提案、AIシェフとの会話などのAI機能を提供するため、Google Gemini APIを使用しています。
これらの機能を利用する場合、ユーザーが入力または送信したテキスト、画像、URL、ファイルなどが、自動処理のためGoogle Geminiへ送信される場合があります。
Googleに送信された情報は、Googleが定める適用される利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。

本アプリでは、広告を表示するためGoogle AdMobを使用しています。

本アプリによって端末上に保存された情報は、ユーザーが削除するか、本アプリの保存データを削除するまで端末上に保持されます。
ユーザーは、本アプリの設定画面にある**「アカウントを削除」**を利用することで、端末に保存されたメシリクのデータをいつでも削除できます。
「アカウントを削除」機能を利用すると、ユーザーのアカウントに関連付けられた端末上のアプリデータが完全に削除されます。
すでに第三者サービスへ送信され、処理された情報については、それぞれのサービスが定める保存期間および削除に関するポリシーが適用される場合があります。
当方は、本アプリで取り扱う情報を保護するため、合理的な安全対策を講じています。
AI処理などの機能のために外部サービスへ送信されるデータについては、各サービスが提供する適切なセキュリティ対策を利用して送信されます。
ただし、電子的な保存方法やインターネットを介した情報の送信について、完全な安全性を保証することはできません。
メシリクは一般的な家族向け献立管理アプリであり、特に子どもを対象として提供されるアプリではありません。
保護者または法定代理人は、家族メンバーの名前を含め、本アプリに入力する情報について責任を負うものとします。
当方は、本アプリ、提供するサービス、または適用される法律の変更に対応するため、本プライバシーポリシーを随時更新する場合があります。
変更を行った場合は、本プライバシーポリシーの冒頭に記載されている施行日を更新します。
