Membership to the HOA is voluntary and is $45 per household. The membership drive starts every January but you can become a member anytime! Learn more about what our HOA does with the funds raised.

Merriman Park North is in the beautiful Lake Highlands area of northeast Dallas. Conveniently located near White Rock Lake and the White Rock hike & bike trail, along with many other amenities, MPN is made up of the homes located inside the boundaries of Abrams, Church, Skillman, and Walnut Hill roads and is within the 75231 Zip Code. MPN is one of the best neighborhoods to buy a home!
MPN is within the Richardson Independent School District. Neighborhood Schools include Merriman Park Elementary, Forest Meadow Junior High and Lake Highlands High School.

There are six resident VIPs who patrol our neighborhood in their personal vehicles with VIP magnets adhered to their cars. They look for suspicious activity, open garage doors, windows, gates, visible packages on porches, and anything out of the ordinary. If you would like to be notified by a VIP volunteer, make sure to include a current cell phone number in your 2022 membership contact information form. We greatly appreciate our VIPs!
