SMS Quick – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to SMS Quick. Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the SMS Quick application (“the App”). By tapping “Accept”, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SMS Quick allows users to create pre-defined SMS messages, which are then sent through the user’s default SMS application. SMS Quick does not send messages directly; it only generates message content and passes it to the device’s default SMS app for sending.
SMS Quick does not collect, store, or share any personal data entered into the App. SMS Quick does not read, store, or transmit your SMS messages or call information. The App does not transmit any user-generated content to external servers. The only data collected is anonymous usage and ad-related data provided by Google AdSense, which is governed by Google’s privacy and advertising policies. For more details on Google AdSense data practices, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy.
SMS Quick requires the following permissions for core functionality:
3.1 SMS Permission
The App prepares SMS content but sends messages via your default SMS application. SMS Quick does not send messages automatically without your action.
3.2 Contacts Permission
The App requests access to your contacts solely to allow you to select and insert phone numbers into message templates. SMS Quick does not collect, store, upload, or share any contact information. No contact data is transmitted outside your device. No other sensitive permissions (such as reading SMS messages or call logs) are requested or used by the App.
By using the App, you agree that:
You are solely responsible for the content of any SMS messages you create or send.
You must verify that any SMS message is successfully sent by your default SMS application.
SMS Quick cannot guarantee delivery of any SMS message, as delivery depends entirely on your default SMS app, device performance, network conditions, and carrier availability.
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding messaging, including anti-spam and consumer protection rules.
You will not use the App for harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes.
The App may display advertisements through Google AdSense. Ad content is managed by Google and not by SMS Quick. You understand and agree that:
Ads may be personalized based on Google’s ad policies.
SMS Quick has no control over the type, relevance, or frequency of ads shown.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
SMS Quick is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
The developer is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of the App.
The developer is not responsible for SMS delivery failures, delays, or associated costs, as message delivery depends solely on the user’s default SMS app, device, network conditions, and mobile carrier services.
The developer is not responsible for any carrier charges or fees resulting from sending SMS messages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
