I draw inspiration from childhood memories of the sensation of water on my feet and the rhythm of waves. As an adult, the concept of how water begins as air particles, then cycles to become streams, then rivers that run through cities, towns, and villages, then out to the ocean, developing into water vapour that forms clouds again, and so forth... I also see people leaving big cities to live closer to the water in a quieter location away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
