Bu politikanın kapsamı
Bu politika, Mergeverse mobil oyununun kişisel verilerle ilişkisini, cihazında tutulan oyun kayıtlarını ve bize gönderdiğin destek taleplerini açıklar. Oyun, June ve Basil ile eşyaları birleştirdiğin, siparişler tamamladığın ve resimli evrenleri keşfettiğin bir bulmaca oyunudur.
Bu metnin kapsadığı sürümde çevrimiçi oyuncu hesabı, bulut kayıt, canlı reklam, uygulama içi gerçek para satın alma ve oyuncu davranışlarını sunucuya gönderen analitik hizmeti bulunmaz. Destek sitesini ziyaret etmen veya bize e-posta göndermen, oyunu cihazında oynamandan ayrı işlemlerdir.
Oyun verileri cihazında nasıl kullanılır?
Mergeverse; tahtadaki eşyalarını, üretici durumlarını, siparişlerini, ilerlemeni, açtığın hikâye sahnelerini, oyun içi kaynak miktarlarını, Cep'teki eşyalarını, etkinlik ilerlemeni ve öğretici durumunu cihazının uygulama depolamasında tutar. Dil, yazı boyutu, müzik, ses, titreşim ve hareket tercihlerin de burada saklanır. Enerji yenilenmesi ve üretici bekleme süreleri için zaman bilgileri kullanılır.
Bu bilgiler oyunu kaldığın yerden sürdürebilmen, birleştirme ve ödül işlemlerinin tutarlı çalışması, tercihlerinin korunması ve yerel kayıt kurtarması için işlenir. Bu sürümde kayıtlar geliştiricinin sunucusuna gönderilmez; geliştirici telefonundaki kayıt dosyalarını uzaktan göremez. Oyun adını, e-posta adresini, telefon numaranı veya doğum tarihini istemez.
Uygulama; kamera, mikrofon, kişi listesi, fotoğraf arşivi veya hassas konum erişimine ihtiyaç duymaz. Reklam kimliğiyle uygulamalar veya siteler arasında izleme yapmaz. Sohbet, herkese açık oyuncu profili ve kullanıcıların içerik yükleyebildiği bir bölüm bulunmaz.
Destek talebi gönderdiğinde
Bize kendi tercihinle e-posta gönderirsen e-posta adresin, mesajın ve eklediğin bilgiler bize ulaşır. Sorunu anlamak için cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, oyun sürümü, hatanın oluştuğu adımlar ve isteğe bağlı ekran görüntüsü isteyebiliriz. Bu bilgiler yalnızca talebini yanıtlamak, sorunu araştırmak, gerekli düzeltmeyi yapmak ve iletişimin güvenliğini sağlamak için kullanılır.
Şifre, doğrulama kodu, kart numarası, kimlik belgesi veya mağaza hesabı giriş bilgisi göndermeni istemeyiz. Ekran görüntüsü ve log paylaşmadan önce başka kişilere ait mesajları ve özel bilgilerini kapat. Sorun için gerekmeyen bilgileri göndermene gerek yoktur. Oyunun otomatik olarak bize hata raporu ilettiği bir hizmet bu sürümde açık değildir.
Reklam ve satın alma
Bu politikanın kapsadığı sürümde gerçek reklam gösterimi ve gerçek para ile satın alma kapalıdır. Oyundaki enerji, altın ve elmaslar gerçek para kazanımı sağlamaz; nakde çevrilemez.
Reklam, satın alma veya başka çevrimiçi hizmet eklendiğinde, hizmet açılmadan önce bu politika güncellenir. Yeni sağlayıcıların aldığı veri türleri, kullanım amaçları, paylaşım, saklama ve izin seçenekleri açıklanır. İzin gereken veri kullanımları için uygun izin akışı sunulur. Gelecekteki bir özellik için burada veri toplama izni verilmiş sayılmazsın.
Üçüncü taraflar ve veri paylaşımı
Bu sürümde cihazdaki oyun kaydını reklam ağına, analitik sağlayıcısına veya geliştiricinin oyun sunucusuna paylaşan bir hizmet yoktur. Kişisel verileri satmayız. Destek e-postasını alıp yanıtlayabilmek için e-posta hizmeti kullanılır; iletişimin içeriği bu hizmetin altyapısında işlenebilir. Kanunen geçerli bir yükümlülüğün yerine getirilmesi gerektiğinde, yalnızca gerekli bilgiler yetkili mercilerle paylaşılabilir.
Oyunu indirdiğin mağaza ve cihazının işletim sistemi kendi gizlilik koşullarına göre indirme, tanılama veya yedekleme bilgilerini işleyebilir. Mergeverse için bir bulut kayıt özelliği sunmuyoruz; işletim sisteminin kendi yedekleme ayarları ayrı olabilir. Bu hizmetlerin veri saklama ve hesap işlemleri kendi sağlayıcıları tarafından yönetilir.
Bu web sitesi
Bu destek ve gizlilik sitesi Google Sites üzerinde barındırılır. Sayfayı açtığında Google'ın web altyapısı bağlantının sağlanması ve güvenliği için IP adresi, tarayıcı ve teknik istek bilgilerini işleyebilir. Geliştirici bu sayfaya ayrıca reklam, ziyaretçi analiz aracı veya iletişim formu eklememiştir.

Siteyi kullanman, oyunun cihazdaki kayıtlarını siteye yüklemez.
Saklama ve silme
Cihazdaki oyun verileri, uygulamanın verilerini silene kadar burada tutulur. Android'de sistem ayarlarındaki uygulama depolamasından verileri silebilirsin. iOS'ta uygulamayı silmek yerel uygulama verilerini kaldırır; yalnızca uygulamayı boşaltmak verileri koruyabilir. Bu işlemler oyun ilerlemesini de kaldırabilir. İşletim sistemi yedeklerini ayrıca kendi yedekleme ayarlarından yönetmelisin.
Bu sürümde çevrimiçi hesap oluşturulmadığı için geliştirici sunucusunda silinecek bir oyuncu hesabı bulunmaz. Yerel kayıtları sen yönetirsin; geliştirici bunları uzaktan silemez veya kayıp ilerlemeyi sunucudan geri getiremez.
Destek yazışmaları, talebi çözmek, takip etmek ve geçerli yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için gerekli süre boyunca saklanır. Gerek kalmayan bilgiler silinir veya anonimleştirilir. Destek kayıtlarının silinmesini aşağıdaki iletişim adresinden isteyebilirsin; saklanması gereken bir bilgi varsa nedeni açıklanır.
Güvenlik
Oyun kayıtları işletim sisteminin uygulamaya ayırdığı depolamada tutulur. Kayıt tutarlılığı ve yedek kopya mekanizmaları veri kaybını azaltmak için kullanılır; bunlar dosyaların şifreli olduğu veya her koşulda kurtarılacağı anlamına gelmez. Destek bilgilerine erişimi talebi ele almak için gerekli kişilerle sınırlarız. Hiçbir cihaz veya iletişim hizmeti için mutlak güvenlik garantisi verilemez.
Çocuklar ve gizlilik tercihleri
Mergeverse genel oyuncu kitlesine yöneliktir. Çocuklara yönelik bir veri toplama veya iletişim hizmeti sunmaz. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi istemeyiz. Bir çocuğun bize destek yoluyla kişisel bilgi gönderdiğini düşünüyorsan iletişime geç; bilgiyi inceleyip gerekli silme işlemini yapalım.
Bulunduğun yerdeki mevzuata göre, bizim tuttuğumuz kişisel bilgiler hakkında bilgi isteme, erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi sınırlandırma, itiraz etme veya ilgili diğer haklarını kullanabilirsin. Bu haklar cihazında tutulan ve bize iletilmeyen oyun kayıtlarına uzaktan erişim sağladığımız anlamına gelmez.

Scope
This policy explains how the Mergeverse mobile game handles information, the game records kept on your device and support requests you send to us. Mergeverse is a puzzle game in which you merge items, complete orders and explore illustrated worlds with June and Basil.
The version covered by this policy has no online player accounts, cloud saves, live advertising, real-money in-app purchases or analytics service that sends player behavior to a server. Visiting the support website or emailing us is separate from playing the game on your device.
Game information on your device
Mergeverse stores your board items, producer states, orders, progress, unlocked story scenes, in-game resources, Pocket inventory, activity progress and tutorial state in the app's storage on your device. Language, text-size, music, sound, vibration and motion preferences are also stored there. Time information is used for energy regeneration and producer cooldowns.
This information lets you continue playing, keeps merge and reward operations consistent, preserves your preferences and supports local save recovery. In this version, saves are not sent to a developer-operated server. The developer cannot remotely access your device's save files. The game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or date of birth.
The app does not need access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photo library or precise location. It does not use advertising identifiers to track you across apps or websites. There is no chat, public player profile or user-uploaded content feature.
Contacting support
If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, message and information you attach. To investigate a problem, we may ask for your device model, operating system, game version, steps to reproduce the issue and an optional screenshot. We use this information to respond, investigate the problem, make necessary corrections and keep support communications secure.
We do not ask for passwords, verification codes, payment card details, identity documents or store-account login credentials. Remove private messages and personal information before sharing screenshots or logs. You do not need to send information unrelated to the problem. An automatic service that sends crash reports to us is not enabled in this version.
Advertising and purchases
Real advertising and real-money purchases are disabled in the version covered by this policy. In-game energy, coins and gems do not provide real-money earnings and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Before introducing advertising, purchases or another online service, we will update this policy to explain the providers, information involved, purposes, sharing, retention and available choices. Where permission is required, an appropriate consent flow will be provided. This policy does not give advance permission to collect information for a future feature.
Third parties and sharing
This version has no service that shares your local game save with an advertising network, analytics provider or developer-operated game server. We do not sell personal information. An email service is used to receive and answer support messages, and their contents may be processed by that service's infrastructure. When necessary to meet a valid legal obligation, relevant information may be disclosed to the competent authorities.
Your app store and device operating system may separately process download, diagnostic or backup information under their own privacy terms. We do not provide a Mergeverse cloud-save feature; operating-system backup settings may operate separately. Those providers manage their own retention and account processes.
This website
This support and privacy website is hosted on Google Sites. When you open a page, Google's web infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser details and technical request information to deliver and secure the website. The developer has not added advertising, visitor analytics or a contact form to these pages.

Visiting the site does not upload your device's game save.
Retention and deletion
Local game information remains on your device until you remove the app's data. On Android, you can clear the app's storage in system settings. On iOS, deleting the app removes its local app data; merely offloading it may retain the data. These actions can also remove your game progress. Manage operating-system backups separately through the relevant backup settings.
No online player account is created in this version, so there is no player account on a developer-operated server to delete. You control your local saves; the developer cannot delete them remotely or recover lost progress from a server.
Support correspondence is retained only as needed to resolve and follow up on the request and meet applicable obligations. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized. You may ask us to delete support records using the contact below. If information must be retained, we will explain why.
Security
Game files are kept in the storage the operating system assigns to the app. Save consistency and backup-copy mechanisms help reduce data loss; these do not mean that files are encrypted or that every lost save can be recovered. We limit access to support information to those who need it to handle the request. No device or communication service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children and your choices
Mergeverse is intended for a general audience. It does not offer a child-directed data-collection or communication service. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support, please contact us so we can investigate and take the necessary deletion steps.
Depending on the laws that apply where you live, you may have rights to request information about personal data we hold, access, correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, or exercise other relevant rights. These rights do not mean we can remotely access game saves that remain on your device and have never been sent to us.
Send requests to iletisim@luminadigitale.com. If identity verification is needed, we will request only the information necessary for that request. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.
Changes and contact
If our data practices change, we will update this page and, where needed, the store disclosures. Appropriate notice or consent will be provided for material changes when required. The latest update date appears at the top.

Eşya kademelerini nerede görebilirim?
Tahtada bir eşyayı seç, alttaki eşya bilgi alanına dokun. Açılan ekranda eşya zincirini, seçili kademeyi, sonraki parçayı ve üreticiyi görebilirsin. Bir üreticiye basılı tutmak da bilgilerini açar ve bu inceleme enerji harcamaz. Kısa dokunuş ise üreticiden parça üretir.
Hazır sipariş neden hâlâ kartta duruyor?
Hazır siparişler görünür konuma gelir. Otomatik gönderilmez: göndermek istediğinde “Teslim et” düğmesine dokun. Böylece eşyayı saklama veya başka birleşimde kullanma kararı sende kalır.
Tahtam doldu
Aynı kademedeki iki uygun eşyayı birleştirerek yer açabilirsin. Saklamak istediğin uygun eşyaları Cep'e kaldırıp sonra geri alabilirsin. İlerledikçe yeni kareler açılır. Cep doluysa önce sakladığın eşyalar için tahtada yer açman gerekir.
Enerjim bitti
Enerji, kapasitesinin altındayken zamanla yenilenir. Bir sonraki enerji için kalan süre üstteki enerji göstergesinin altında görünür. Üretmeye çalışırken enerji yetmezse enerji ekranı açılır. Sunulan seçenekler bulunduğun sürümde gerçekten kullanılabilir olan hizmetlere bağlıdır; bu politikanın kapsadığı 0.3.0 sürümünde gerçek reklam ve satın alma kapalıdır.
Hafıza etkinliği ana tahtamı değiştirir mi?
Hayır. Hafıza atölyesi ayrı bir eşleştirme oyunudur. Aynı iki parçayı bulmaya çalışırsın; ana tahtandaki eşyalar bu etkinlikte kullanılmaz. Etkinlikten çıkıp ana oyununa dönebilirsin.
Müzik, titreşim veya hareket fazla geliyor
Ayarlar ekranından müziği, ses efektlerini ve titreşimi düzenleyebilirsin. Hareketleri azaltabilir, yazı boyutunu değiştirebilir ve Türkçe/İngilizce dil seçimini yapabilirsin. Seçimler cihazdaki oyun kaydıyla birlikte korunur.
İlerlemem kayboldu
Bu sürüm oyununu cihazda tutar; çevrimiçi oyuncu hesabı ve oyunlar arası bulut senkronizasyonu yoktur. Güncelleme yaparken uygulamayı kaldırmadan güncelle. Uygulamayı silmek veya uygulama verilerini temizlemek ilerlemeni kaldırabilir. İşletim sistemi yedeklerinin davranışı ayrı olabilir.
Bir kayıt sorunu yaşarsan önce uygulamayı silmeden destekle iletişime geç. Geliştirici cihazındaki dosyalara uzaktan erişemez; sunucudan geri yükleme veya her durumda kurtarma garantisi veremeyiz. Cihaz ve sürüm bilgisi, sorunu araştırmamıza yardımcı olur.
Gizlilik ve veri silme

Need help with June and Basil's merge adventure? Mergeverse is a puzzle game about merging items, repairing a workshop and exploring worlds with different board rules.

Report a problem
Use “Mergeverse support” as the email subject. Tell us which screen you were on, what you tried to do and what happened. Include the game version, device model, Android or iOS version and steps to reproduce the issue if possible. A screenshot may help; remove private messages and personal information before sending it.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment card numbers, identity documents or store-account credentials. We do not need them to investigate a game issue. We cannot promise a fixed response time; we will review the request and respond with any information needed to investigate it.
Where can I see item tiers?
Select an item on the board, then tap the item-details area below it. The item screen shows the chain, selected tier, next item and producer. Holding a producer also opens its details without consuming energy. A short tap produces an item.
Why is a ready order still on its card?
Ready orders move into view. They are not delivered automatically: tap “Deliver” when you want to send one. You retain the choice to keep its items or use them in another merge.
My board is full
Merge two compatible items at the same tier to make room. Put eligible items you want to keep in your Pocket, then return them later. More cells unlock as you progress. If your Pocket is full, make room on the board for stored items first.
I ran out of energy
Energy regenerates over time while it is below capacity. The time until the next energy appears below the energy counter at the top. If you try to produce with insufficient energy, the energy screen opens. Available options depend on the services enabled in your version. Real ads and purchases are disabled in the 0.3.0 version covered by this policy.
Does the memory activity change my main board?
No. The memory workshop is a separate matching game. Find two matching pieces; your main board's items are not used in this activity. You can leave the activity and return to your main game.
The music, vibration or motion is too much
Use Settings to adjust music, sound effects and vibration. Reduce motion, change text size or choose English or Turkish. Your preferences are kept with the local game save.
My progress is missing
This version stores your game on your device. There is no online player account or cloud synchronization between devices. Install updates without uninstalling the app. Deleting the app or clearing its data can remove progress. Your operating system's own backups may behave separately.
If you encounter a save problem, contact support before deleting the app. The developer cannot remotely access your files or guarantee server recovery or recovery in every case. Device and version information helps us investigate.
Privacy and deleting information
No online account is created, so there is no server account to delete. Clear app storage in Android settings, or delete the app on iOS, to remove local data. “Offload App” on iOS may preserve data. These actions may remove your progress as well. To request deletion of support emails or personal information we hold, write to iletisim@luminadigitale.com.
