These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Merge PDF App (“Application”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Use of the Application

The Application provides PDF-related tools, including:

• Viewing PDF files

• Merging PDF files

• Splitting PDF files

• Removing pages from PDFs

• Reordering PDF pages

All PDF processing is performed locally on your device.

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Content

• All PDF files and documents used within the Application belong to you.

• We do not claim ownership of your content.

• We do not access, upload, store, or analyze your documents.

You are solely responsible for the content you use within the Application.

3. Free and Premium Access

Free Users

• Free users may create up to 3 PDF files in total

• Advertisements may be displayed

• Some features may be limited

Premium Users

Premium users receive:

• Unlimited PDF creation

• Ad-free experience

• Access to all available features

Premium access requires an active subscription.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are offered through Apple’s App Store and managed via RevenueCat.

Available subscription plans:

• Weekly (includes a 3-day free trial)

• Monthly

• Yearly

Free Trial

• The weekly subscription includes a 3-day free trial

• If the subscription is not canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it will automatically renew

• You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

Payments are charged to your Apple ID account.
We do not have access to your payment information.

5. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

6. Advertisements

The Application may display advertisements to free users through Google AdMob.
Premium users will not see advertisements.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

• Use the Application for commercial redistribution without permission

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Application will be error-free or uninterrupted

• PDF processing results will always meet your expectations

• The Application will be compatible with all devices or future iOS versions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Application

• Loss of data or documents

• Errors resulting from PDF processing

You use the Application at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application if these Terms are violated.

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be effective when posted with an updated “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
