Our space invites artists and creatives to submit proposals for the group exhibition “Territories of the Intangible”, a showcase dedicated to exploring the invisible spaces we inhabit: memories, imaginaries, and the thresholds between the real and the symbolic.
Beyond physical borders, we are interested in mapping what escapes the immediate gaze — territories of silence, desire, absence, spirituality, identity, or virtuality.
Each work will be an inscription on the map of the intangible, rendering the invisible visible.
👉 We welcome proposals across different artistic languages (painting, sculpture, installation, video, performance, photography, sound) that engage with this theme and adapt to our small-scale exhibition space.

Dear Artist,
The Cod Market invites you to be part of its first collective exhibition, "Beginnings"—an exploration of origins, ruptures, and the raw pulse of creation. This is not just an exhibition; it is an open field for experimentation, a space where the act of beginning is as significant as the outcome.
A beginning is never clean. It is fragmented, impulsive, uncertain. It is a glitch in the system, a first breath, a step forward (or sideways), a refusal to follow an expected path. A beginning can be destruction just as much as it is creation. In the spirit of The Cod Market Manifesto, we embrace the unpolished, the unfinished, the unpredictable.
We are looking for works that embody this state of flux—pieces that resist definition, that embrace interaction, that blur the line between artist and audience. Any medium is welcome: performance, sound, installation, digital art, painting, writing, video, intervention.
Are you interested?
Send us your submissions: an idea, a fragment, a sketch, a question. No need for polished statements. We are open to dialogue, to the process, to works that evolve.
Deadline for submissions: 17th March 2024.
This is an invitation to start something. To take a risk. To let the work breathe on its own.
Join us at The Cod Market. Let’s begin.
Best,
The Cod Market Team
