1. Creating an Account

• Download the app from App Store or Google Play

• Tap Sign Up

• Enter:

  • Name

  • Email Address

  • Password

• Verify via OTP/email (if applicable)

2. Logging In

• Enter your credentials

• Use Forgot Password if needed

How Paper Trading Works:

• Trades are simulated using market-like data

To maintain a realistic learning experience, the app may include controlled delays and simulated processing timelines:

Trade Execution (Simulation)

• Orders are executed within 1–5 seconds

• Some advanced simulations may introduce delays up to 10 seconds to mimic real markets

Portfolio Updates

• Portfolio values refresh every 5–15 seconds

Market Data Updates

• Prices may update:

  • Real-time (if available), or

  • Delayed by 15–60 seconds

Account Reset / Demo Funds Reset

• Manual reset: Instant

• Automatic reset (if enabled): Every 24 hours or 7 days

Maintenance Downtime

• Scheduled updates may temporarily disable features for 10–30 minutes

Even though no financial transactions occur, we ensure user data safety:

• Encrypted data storage

• Secure login systems

• No sensitive financial data collection

App Not Opening / Crashing

• Check if market simulation is active

• Retry after a few seconds

• Restart app if issue persists

App Running Slowly

• Close background apps

• Restart device

• Ensure stable internet connection

• Update app

Account Reset Issues

• Wait a few minutes before retrying

• Ensure stable connection
