SIYING PTE. LTD. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application Meora VPN: Private Browser ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our App.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. ABOUT THE APP

Meora VPN: Private Browser provides:

(a) A virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts and routes your internet traffic through our servers; and

(b) A built-in web browser for general internet browsing.

This Privacy Policy applies to both the VPN and browser features of the App.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

3.1 Information You Provide

We do not require you to create an account to use the App. If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address and any information you voluntarily include in your message.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

To operate, maintain, and improve the App, we may collect limited technical information, including:

• Device type, operating system version, and device identifiers

• App version and language settings

• General usage data (e.g., feature interactions, session duration, crash logs)

• Network-related information needed to establish a VPN connection (such as your IP address at the time of connection, used solely to route traffic to an appropriate server)

• VPN connection statistics stored locally on your device (e.g., data usage, connection time, connection count)

3.3 VPN Traffic and Browsing Activity

We design our VPN service to minimize data retention. We do not intentionally log or store the content of your browsing activity, DNS queries, or the specific websites you visit through the VPN or the built-in browser.

We do not monitor, record, or sell your online browsing history.

3.4 Advertising Data

The App is free and may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These partners may collect information such as device identifiers and ad interaction data according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of our advertising partners.

3.5 Firebase and Analytics (if enabled)

We may use Google Firebase services (such as Crashlytics and Cloud Messaging) to deliver push notifications, diagnose crashes, and improve app stability. These services may collect device and usage information as described in Google's privacy policy.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the VPN and browser services

• Connect you to VPN servers and optimize server selection

The VPN feature encrypts your traffic between your device and our VPN servers. Please note that encryption protects data in transit; you should still exercise caution when entering sensitive information on websites.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
