2. How We Use Your Information

To create and maintain your personalized AI coaching profile.
To generate context-aware, tailored responses and actionable coaching plans through Artificial Intelligence.
To send you smart daily push notifications (twice a day) and track your streak milestones to enhance engagement.
To manage in-app purchases and premium subscription validations.
To deliver the generative and adaptive coaching core features of the App, we securely partner with third-party Artificial Intelligence infrastructure providers. Specifically, your conversational inputs, physical metrics, and profile data may be processed through:
Anthropic, PBC (Claude AI Models): We utilize Anthropic’s secure API architecture to analyze lifestyle goals, generate conversational coaching feedback, and process user inquiries.
Data Protection & Compliance:
All data transmitted to Anthropic via the API is fully encrypted in transit and at rest.
In strict accordance with Anthropic’s commercial data privacy terms, user data and prompt inputs transmitted through our API integration are not used to train, retain, or improve Anthropic's public large language models (LLMs).
No precise personal identifiers (such as your legal name or account credentials) are sent to third-party AI models.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You have full control over your personal information:
Right to Delete (Account Erasure): You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data (including physical data and chat history) at any time through the Settings menu inside the App.

All financial transactions and premium subscriptions are processed securely through Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). We do not collect or store your credit card or financial billing information.

2. TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your legal relationship with Mentor: AI Life Coach ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Personal Data
By using this App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country). You agree to provide accurate physical and personal data (age, gender, height, interests) during onboarding to ensure the proper functioning of the AI coaching model.
2. AI Coaching Disclaimer (Not Medical/Professional Advice)
Mentor: AI Life Coach is an Artificial Intelligence-powered motivational and personal development tool.
The responses, plans, and guidance provided by the AI Coach are for informational and educational purposes only.
The App does not provide professional medical, mental health, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a certified human professional for critical matters.
3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Fair Usage
Premium Access: Certain features, specific coaching fields, advanced memory features, and extended chat limits require a paid premium subscription (Weekly, Monthly, or Annual).
Billing & Cancellations: Payments are handled exclusively through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Fair Usage Policy: To maintain API stability and prevent server abuse, we enforce an automated daily limit on chat messages, even for Premium users. Bot integrations or automated scripts are strictly prohibited.
4. Streak and Push Notification Features
The App includes gamification systems (such as a Daily Streak tracker) and sends local/remote push notifications up to twice a day based on your timezone. You can modify your notification settings anytime within your device's operating system settings.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mentor: AI Life Coach and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on the AI Coach's advice or the temporary unavailability of server/API connections.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer/company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
