Mengsi Gao

I am currently a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Department of Economics at the University of Southern California (USC) and will join the faculty as an Assistant Professor in Fall 2026. I completed my PhD in Economics at the University of California, Berkeley in May 2025. My research focuses on econometrics, with an emphasis on causal inference and networks.
