Menachem Tewel is point person in his group of social workers. Mendel Tevel is engaged in youth community worker group and assisting his group to support young people in different settings, including outreach work. He is mentor, coach and support individuals and encourage greater social inclusion. He work in partnership with professionals from other organisations that support young people such as social care, health, police, education, youth offending teams and local authorities. He attend regular training and development opportunities to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety and local policy developments.

As a community development worker he help communities to bring about social change and improve the quality of life in their local area. He work with individuals, families and whole communities to empower them to. He act as the link between communities and a range of other local authority and voluntary sector providers, such as the police, social workers and teachers.
