Siza Developers (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") built the Number Memory Challenge app as a Free/Offline game. This service is provided by Siza Developers at no cost and is intended for use as-is.
This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone who decides to use our game.
Number Memory Challenge is a 100% offline game.
We do NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, location data, device identifiers, or usage statistics.
No network access or internet permissions are requested by the application.
All gameplay happens entirely on your local device.
The application uses lightweight local storage (SharedPreferences) on your device to store:
Your highest game score.
Your highest reached level.
Your sound preference toggles (On/Off).
Your visual theme preference (Light/Dark mode).
This data is stored locally on your device only. We have no access to this data, and it is never uploaded to any server. If you clear the application data or uninstall the game, this locally stored configuration will be deleted permanently.
To protect our users' privacy:
We do NOT use Firebase or any other cloud backend.
We do NOT use SQLite or external databases.
We do NOT use third-party APIs, analytics tools, or software development kits (SDKs).
We do NOT display advertisements.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since our application does not collect any personal data whatsoever, it is fully compliant with children's privacy regulations globally (including COPPA and GDPR-K) and is safe for users of all ages.
The app runs without requiring any sensitive device permissions. It does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, local files, photos, location, or network status.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
