Quick Browse: Full-screen viewing of photos and videos with fast swipe gestures to delete or favorite content.

Private: Compress photos or videos, generate short videos, manage a private vault, and organize favorites.

Settings: View privacy policy, terms of service, rate the app, and contact support.

The App is designed to help users efficiently organize and protect their multimedia content.

2. User Account

Memory Grove supports use without registration.

Using features like the Private Vault or syncing may require an account or device biometric authentication.

Users must provide accurate account information if required and are responsible for account security.

3. User Rights and Responsibilities

Users have the right to use all features provided by the App.

Users must secure their device and account to prevent unauthorized access.

Users must not upload, generate, or share illegal, infringing, or malicious content through the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All content of Memory Grove, including software, UI, icons, and feature designs, is owned by the developer.

Users may use the App only on their personal device and must not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the content without permission.

5. Disclaimer

The App strives to function properly but does not guarantee operation on all devices or system environments.

We are not responsible for any data loss caused by device failure, user error, or third-party software.

Compression or short video generation may affect media quality; users are responsible for reviewing results.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

Timeline View / Quick Browse: Access photos and videos only to display or organize them locally.

Privacy Hub: Access selected photos or videos to compress or generate short videos; results are stored locally or in the Private Vault.

Private Vault: Encrypts private content, accessible via password or biometric authentication.

All user data is stored locally by default and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and notify users through the App or official website.
