1. Introduction
Memory Flash (“we”, “us”, or “the App”) is a single-player memory skill game for Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used. By installing or using Memory Flash, you agree to this policy.
2. Summary
Memory Flash is designed to work offline. We do not require an account, and we do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location for gameplay. Progress and settings are stored locally on your device.
3. Information stored on your device
The App may store the following data locally using on-device storage:
• Game progress (unlocked levels, stars, high scores)
• Settings (sound, haptics, theme, default difficulty)
• Statistics (games played, win rate estimates, combos, play-time estimates)
• Achievement unlock state
• Daily challenge streak dates
This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share something yourself (for example via the system Share sheet).
4. Information we do not collect
Memory Flash does not intentionally collect:
• Names, emails, or account credentials
• Contacts, photos, or microphone audio for advertising
• Precise GPS location
• Payment or financial information inside the App (any purchases would be handled by Google Play under Google’s policies)
• Cross-app tracking identifiers for advertising networks (the core game does not include third-party ads SDKs)
5. Optional actions you initiate
• Rate Us — may open the Google Play Store listing
• Share App — uses the Android system share sheet
• Send Feedback — may open your email client; the message you write is sent by you
Those external apps have their own privacy practices.
6. Permissions
Memory Flash aims to request only permissions needed for core features (such as vibration/haptics where applicable). The App does not require camera, contacts, microphone, or fine location access for normal play.
7. Children
Memory Flash is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Gameplay data stays on-device and we do not operate user accounts.
8. Data retention & deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you clear app storage, uninstall the App, or use Settings → Reset Progress. Uninstalling Memory Flash removes locally stored progress.
9. Security
We rely on the security of your device and the Android platform to protect locally stored data. Keep your device updated and use a screen lock where appropriate.
10. Third-party services
Distribution through Google Play is subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy. Crash or analytics tooling is not required for core gameplay. If we add optional analytics later, this policy and the Play Store Data safety section will be updated first.
11. International users
Memory Flash processes gameplay data on your device. This version does not operate a cloud backend for progress sync.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product changes or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.

14. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because Memory Flash stores progress locally and does not maintain a player account database, the primary way to delete App data is to reset progress in Settings or uninstall the App
