Your game progress stays on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
This app is free and supported by ads. Google's advertising platform serves ads and collects certain data to do so.
We do not sell your data to anyone.
We do not use crash reporting or analytics of any kind.
1. Data stored on your device only
The following never leaves your device:
Game progress (level, streak, score history)
Words you struggle with — used for adaptive difficulty
App settings (music, sound, haptics, notifications)
Daily challenge completion status
2. Advertising data — via Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)
Ultimate Recall is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. To serve relevant ads, Google may collect:
Android Advertising ID (AAID)
Device model, OS version, and language
IP address (used for approximate location — country level — and then discarded)
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, ad view duration)
App package name and version
This data is collected and processed by Google under their Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
You can opt out of personalised ads at any time: Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
Your name, email address, or any account information
Precise GPS location
Contacts, photos, or files
Payment details of any kind
Crash reports, diagnostics, or usage analytics of any kind
This app uses:
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — ad serving and delivery
Google Play — app distribution
We do not use crash reporting tools, analytics SDKs, social media SDKs, or any tracking SDKs other than AdMob.

Delete all local data: Uninstall the app, or Settings → Reset All Progress
Ultimate Recall is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Delete all local data by uninstalling the app

1. Nature of the App
Ultimate Recall is a free, ad-supported entertainment product designed for cognitive challenge. Gameplay may be mentally demanding and intentionally difficult. The false memory effects demonstrated are inspired by cognitive psychology research (Deese-Roediger-McDermott paradigm) and are a normal part of human memory function.
2. No Medical Claims
Ultimate Recall is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any cognitive condition or disease. No improvement in memory, intelligence, or cognitive function is guaranteed or implied.
3. Assumption of Risk
Rapid visual content may cause eye strain, fatigue, or temporary discomfort in some users. Use the app responsibly and take regular breaks. If you experience discomfort, stop using the app immediately.
4. Advertising and Level Progression
This app is free to use and supported by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdMob. By using this app you acknowledge that ads will be displayed.
Progression to the next level requires watching a rewarded advertisement. If no ad is available — including when the device has no internet connection — level progression is not possible until connectivity is restored. Replaying already-unlocked levels does not require watching an ad.
Ad content is controlled by Google and is subject to Google's advertising policies.
5. User Responsibility
You agree to use the application responsibly and for its intended purpose. The Developer is not responsible for misuse of the application or for any decisions made based on the application's results or feedback.
6. No In-App Purchases
Ultimate Recall does not offer purchases of any kind. The app is entirely free to use.
7. Data Processing
Advertising data is collected by Google AdMob as described in the Privacy Policy. This app does not use crash reporting, analytics, or any other data collection beyond what is necessary for AdMob to serve ads.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the application.
This includes, without limitation, any loss of data, loss of profits, interruption of service, or reliance on any results, insights, or outputs provided by the application.
The application is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not guarantee accuracy, performance improvement, or cognitive outcomes.
9. Maximum Liability
The app is provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer's total liability to you for any cause shall not exceed USD $1.00.
10. As-Is Basis
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.
11. Modifications
The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application or any features at any time without prior notice.
12. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be displayed on app launch.
